Abstract. Here in part 2, the focus of the demonstrations described is the use of fire/explosions. This entry in our series continues to explore the use of demonstrations to expose school-age children to the wonders of the chemistry as an introduction to the world of STEM-related fields. In a similar fashion to the cryogen demonstrations described in our first paper, a backstory has been included with each procedural description to augment the overall show
